At Home Fixtures Outlet, we take pride in offering high-quality open-box and discounted home fixtures. The Home Fixtures Outlet store is operated by Plenus Real Estate Development LLC, doing business as Home Fixtures Outlet. Due to the nature of our products and pricing, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of receipt.

Home Fixtures Outlet is an independent secondary-market reseller. We do not offer, transfer, or honor manufacturer warranties on any product sold. Please review our Legal Notice for full details on our reseller status, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • For Shipped Orders and Local Deliveries: Inspect your item(s) as soon as they arrive. Any damage, defect, or fulfillment error must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Reports made after this 72-hour window may be denied at our sole discretion.
  • For Warehouse Pickups: Customers are required to inspect items before accepting and leaving our premises. Once an item leaves our warehouse, no claims for damage, defect, or visible cosmetic issues will be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect within the conditions above, contact us at info@homefixturesoutlet.com and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging (if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a return or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items and Excluded Circumstances

We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error reported within the conditions above. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fit, color, finish, or style
  • Dissatisfaction with the level of open-box wear that was disclosed in the product listing
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or defective upon receipt and reported within the required window)
  • Gift cards

Claims That Are Not Supported

If, upon inspection of a returned item, we determine that the claim is not supported (for example, the damage was caused after delivery, the cosmetic condition matches the product listing, the item is fully functional, or the item has been installed or used), the return may be denied. In such cases, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any partial refund issued, or the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (in cases where a return is approved), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Our Sole Responsibility

The limited remedy described in this Refund and Return Policy is your sole and exclusive remedy against Plenus Real Estate Development LLC, doing business as Home Fixtures Outlet, with respect to any product sold through our store.
