The Home Fixtures Outlet store is operated by Plenus Real Estate Development LLC, doing business as Home Fixtures Outlet. We aim to deliver great products at unbeatable prices. To keep our product prices as low as possible, shipping costs are not included in the listed prices and will always be calculated during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Warehouse Pickup

You can also choose to pick up any order directly from our warehouse during business hours, regardless of the order total. This option is free and will be available at checkout if you prefer to collect your order in person.

Customers are required to inspect items at the time of pickup, before accepting and leaving our premises. Once an item leaves our warehouse, no claims for damage, defect, or visible cosmetic issues will be accepted. For full details, please review our Refund & Return Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped, or made ready for pickup, within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (for shipped orders) or pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and your delivery address and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout for orders, in addition to warehouse pickup. Shipping providers may vary depending on your location and the type of item(s) ordered. Larger or heavier fixtures may be shipped via freight carrier rather than standard parcel service, in which case additional handling, scheduling, and delivery instructions may apply.

Freight and Curbside Delivery

For oversized or heavy items shipped by freight, delivery is curbside only unless white-glove or in-home delivery is specifically purchased. Customers are responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final destination and for being present at the scheduled delivery window. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule delivery. Missed deliveries, refused deliveries, or redelivery fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon delivery. For shipped orders and local deliveries, any damage, defect, or fulfillment error must be reported within 72 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. We strongly recommend documenting any visible damage to the packaging or product with photos at the time of delivery and, where possible, noting the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible, and any rerouting fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is approved under our Refund & Return Policy.
  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders, package consolidators, or international reshipping services. Orders shipped to such addresses may be canceled at our discretion.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for shipped orders, or upon pickup at our warehouse for pickup orders.

Order Cancellations and Delays

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, fraud, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that would make fulfillment unreasonable. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
